Welcome to the new term everyone! We are sure you all enjoyed the sun and getting back to some freedom now. This is our first newsletter bringing you all the information you need for the last term of classes before we will all be enjoying the sun in the Summer Holidays! We have loved seeing all of our students smiling faces back to classes, old and new!

Wow, what a term!
After months of zoom classes, coming back to classes in the halls was fantastic and we had missed all of our students so much.
We would like to take this moment to thank you for returning back to our classes. We know that lockdown was tough on everyone and we appreciate your support. We hope that the children are enjoying having some freedom and normality back in their lives.
The students take social distancing in their stride and we are so proud of how well they listen and adapt to the changes we have made to keep everyone safe. Classes have all been running smoothly and we hope the children and parents feel as safe as we do.
We finished the term with two fantastic workshops.
We had a visit from Princess Rapunzel who taught them how to be a princess, played games and of course, danced the afternoon away with them.
The following day, we ran a day packed with as much Acro as we could fit in. With lots of flips and tricks, the students lefts us worn out (leaving the teachers feeling that way too!)

Aaliyah Jeremie
Aaliyah has been nominated by her teachers Bekah and Katie for her outstanding work in pre school acrobatics this term.
At the beginning of term, Aaliyah was upset leaving her mum to come into classes with us. Now she is coming to all of her classes with the biggest smile on her face ready to show us what she can do. She is always trying her best and has a very mature head on her little shoulders.
Congratulations Aaliyah, you deserve a big WELL DONE!

Our term is running from Monday June 7th to Saturday 17th July. You can view our updated timetables here.

Show work…
The show has been booked!!
Teachers are now preparing show routines with students. Attendance in class now is really important so all the children feel comfortable with the routine.
The show is not compulsory, however we encourage all our students to take part as it is something amazing for them to work towards and you will love seeing your children up on stage doing what they do best!
Further information will be sent out soon. We are very excited to be back on stage with our students. This is our 5th year and we want to make it the best one yet!

Monday 10th – Friday 14th January 2022– Show Dress Rehearsal Week
Friday 21st January 2022– Senior Show
Sunday 23rd January 2022– Dinky Show and Junior Show
All shows and dress rehearsals will be held at MidKent College Gillingham Campus. This is for all EDC classes, Maidstone and Sittingbourne.
Summer workshop dates will be released soon!
We would like to take this time to politely remind you that due to restrictions, we have a limit on our class sizes, meaning that we have waiting lists for the majority of our classes.
If you are to miss more than 3 classes in a row, we may have to take your place so that we can give the opportunity to attend the class to someone else.
If you know your child will be missing classes, please do let us know so we can mark the absence as known.
We look forward to seeing everyone in class and can’t wait for the exciting events on the horizon!
