We hope you are all enjoying the summer holidays and getting out in the sun when it decides to come out for us.
We have had such a great term, working towards our new show routines that the students are picking up well. Preparation is well underway and we cannot wait to show you all the hard work that they have been putting in.
Our last week of classes were full of games, fun routines and best of all sweets!
A thank you from all the teachers for our lovely gifts, it is really appreciated by us all.
We have had some great workshops this Summer and have enjoyed seeing our students crafting, dancing and having lots of fun.
Neve Alexander
Neve has been nominated by her teacher Bekah for her huge improvement in confidence and energy in her Senior School Dance Class.
Neve is such a hard worker and I can see the energy in her dancing even when she is at the back of the room. This is contagious and really does make teaching Neve a pleasure.
Neve’s confidence has grown in the recent weeks, volunteering for a solo within our dance which is a huge step out of her comfort zone.
Im so proud of Neve’s progress and I’m sure you will all notice her within the dances in our show in January.

Another busy term preparing for the show in Januray.
A email will be sent out within the next few weeks stating some of the details regarding the show. Students will be continuing the hard work in classes preparing for the best show we have had yet.
Performers Audition
On Saturday 11th September we will be holding an audition for our performers teams. If you think your child would be interested in auditioning to be part of a team that represents EDC at competitions and events, please email us for more details.

Monday 10th – Friday 14th January 2022- Show Dress Rehearsal Week
Friday 21st January 2022- Senior Show
Sunday 23rd January 2022- Dinky Show and Junior Show
All shows and dress rehearsals will be held at MidKent College Gillingham Campus. This is for all EDC classes, Maidstone and Sittingbourne.
Attached is our updated timetable. This includes locations, time of the class and the teacher running the class.
We are still waiting for confirmation from Iwade Village Hall that we can use the hall on a Thursday. As soon as they have confirmed we will let the classes know. If we cant have the village hall, Thursday classes will remain at Bobbing the same as last term.
